Hey New York Streets fans…get your calendars out because it’s time to start circling some dates!
The Streets have announced their 2019 schedule and their inaugural season in the National Arena League will kickoff on Saturday April 13th on the road against the Jacksonville Sharks. Then on Friday April 19th, the Streets will play their first ever home opener against the storied Orlando Predators at the Westchester County Center.
“I like that we are competing against one of the best teams in the Arena Football industry and it will let us know where we stand competitively,” said Streets Owner Corey Galloway.
After a bye week, the Streets will be on the road for two games against Carolina and Orlando before returning home on Saturday May 18th to play the Massachusetts Pirates.
Following a bye week and a road game at Massachusetts, the Streets are back at the Westchester County Center for games on Saturday June 8th against the Carolina Cobras and Saturday June 15th against the Columbus Lions. The Streets will then play back to back games against the Jacksonville Sharks including a home game on Saturday June 29th.
The Streets will host Massachusetts on Friday July 5th and then after a road game in Columbus, it’s back to New York on Saturday July 20th to host Carolina in the regular season home finale. The Streets will close the regular season on Saturday July 27th in Massachusetts.

After a decade long absence, Arena Football is back in New York as the Streets begin their quest to win the NAL title. As an expansion team, the football staff led by Head Coach Rick Marsilio and Director of Player Personnel Devale Ellis has been hard at work putting together a roster with Arena Football veterans and players from major colleges from around the country as well as some local talent.
“I’m very excited to start the season and we’re ready to compete!!” said Galloway.
The National Arena League playoffs will begin on August 3rd and NAL Bowl III is scheduled for August 17th.
